About ticket sales

Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, stolen or damaged). Please note that if you do not have your admission ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter the venue, even if you can prove that you purchased the ticket.

If the event is cancelled at the discretion of the organizer, the tickets purchased will be refunded.
In the case of a cancellation at the convenience of the customer, no refunds will be made for any reason.
Please note that refunds will be made only for the price of the ticket, excluding various fees.
Resale of tickets is prohibited, and the organizer will not be held responsible for any problems related to resale.

No. Tickets purchased cannot be changed for any reason.

Re-entry is possible. When re-entering the venue, please keep your ticket stub as proof of re-entry.

Each person may purchase up to 6 tickets.

If there are any seats left, tickets will be sold at the venue and on the ticket website.

About the day of the event

Yes. We will sell official merchandise at the venue (Sub-Arena). You can enter the Sub-Arena for free. Also, there are food trucks so you can buy food and beverage outside the venue.

The contest format is “Street”.
*We plan to hold a Mini Ramp contest for juniors on May 27, 2023 (Sat).

Yes. It may take some time to enter the venue, so please come to the venue early.

Yes. You can use the multipurpose restrooms in the venue.

How to visit the venue
Please check the Access page on the Tokyo Ariake Arena website. *

Please note that parking lots around the Ariake Arena are expected to be crowded. Please use public transportation if at all possible.
